Teacher Training & Development
Since its inception, our teachers have had regular training programs every year. We regularly assess teachers' performance and value the good ones among them.

Future Plans
We have already decided to give B.Ed training to 7-10 teachers in the 2024-25 sessions at Open University.
Successful and promising teachers will be selected for M.Ed to further enhance the quality of education at BKSM. Our main challenge is finding skilled teachers, and we're actively working to address this.
